With Gnome 3.4, Gnome have moved to a topic-based documentation format. Topic-based documentation makes it easier to author documentation, and to reuse existing documentation in multiple places and ways. Red Hat have developed an open source topic-based authoring toolchain, Topika, and it is now available for use by the Fedora community.
